Our Mission

Our current pilot project Fill the Cracks directly helps people with complex or difficult-to-diagnose medical conditions by connecting them to the health resources they need. We connect patients, their families, and health care providers across borders to ensure that no one is left navigating these challenges alone.

Giving voice to patients who too often go unheard our Fill the Cracks campaign will be especially focused on small and under-resourced communities

Our Story

The Help-Care Network is a new initiative, currently in the process of incorporation and charitable registration. Founded by patients and advocates, our goal is to fill the cracks in care by connecting Canadian patients to U.S. specialists, supporting aftercare in Canada, and building a sustainable network for the future.
